When visiting any of our three locations a patient can have pre-chemotherapy treatment laboratory tests performed and receive results immediately. This efficiency allows patients to stay on schedule with their treatments and prevents the inconvenience of separate visits to another facility. The offices are also full service infusion centers offering patients a clean and friendly environment and an appointment most convenient to their needs. Patients with urgent matters can be seen within 24 hours or same day.

Palo Verde implemented a Saturday clinic for the purpose of providing a day of care for patients who work or have transportation difficulties during the week. After just one month of opening our clinic for Saturday treatments the response and gratitude from patients and families was over whelming.

The most recent addition is a HIPAA compliant internet access allowing patients to view their lab results, treatment calendar and office appointments. This program is available to patients at any time day or night.

We strive to quickly see patients due to the serious nature of their illness and new patient consults can usually be seen in 2-7 days. Follow up visits can be seen by a physician’s assistant the same day or the following day.

We accept most insurance carriers, and our staff will work with you at the time of your appointment or before your appointment to ensure that you will have the coverage you need. We all try to help eliminate the worry, so you can concentrate on getting well.

We strive to keep waiting times to a minimum, but please realize that delays can occur due to emergencies and unforeseen patient needs.
We ask that you always:

  • Bring your driver’s license or other photo ID.

  • Bring your current health insurance cards.

  • Bring utility bills or other correspondence showing current residence if your photo ID does not show your current address. If you are a minor (under age 18), your parent or guardian should bring the information listed above.

  • Let us know whenever you change your address, telephone number, employment, marital status or insurance.

  • Bring a list of all medications that you are currently taking (including over-the-counter remedies, vitamins and herbal supplements.)

  • Write down any questions or concerns that you may have to discuss with your physician.

  • If you wish, bring someone with you to help listen to your physician’s comments and responses to your questions.

  • Make or verify your next appointment every time you visit the clinic. This includes lab, medication and radiology appointments.

When you arrive for your appointment our staff will ask you to produce the information listed above. This requirement may be waived if you have visited the practice within the last six months.

If you have not completed a registration form within the last six months, our staff will verify your current information on file and, if appropriate, update your information.

We understand that emergencies and special needs can occur, and we will do our very best to accommodate your specific needs. We request that should you need to cancel an appointment that you provide as much notice as possible.

Once you make an appointment, all facets of our services–from the latest research findings to the most advanced technology–will be made available for your care.
