Palo Verde Hematology Oncology was founded by Sharon M. Ondreyco, MD, in 1980. Since then, it has expanded to three locations, covering the West Valley, Scottsdale area, and Northwest Phoenix. A close association with Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center gives patients access to important clinical trials for breast, colon, and lung cancers, as well as for melanoma and anemia related to chemotherapy.
